The online EHome America Seminars are only available for RESIDENTS OF ORANGE COUNTY WITH EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES FOR A FEE.
(Must provide a valid Orange County Driver’s License.)

In order to be considered for online seminars, you must meet one of the following criteria:

1. You have a Closing Date prior to the next available seminar.  (Must send copy of sales contract AND a valid Orange County ID.) Fee for the Seminar is $99.00.
2. You have a permanent work conflict that does not allow you to attend Saturday seminars. (Must send proof of employment schedule AND a valid Orange County ID. Upon review a $39 coupon will be provided, making the seminar fee $60.
3. You have a Medical Condition that prevents you from sitting for 8-hours in the Homebuyer Education seminar. (Must send a 30 day recent Physician’s note stating you cannot be present in a group seminar and need to take the class online and a valid Orange County ID.) Upon review a $39 coupon will be provided, making the seminar fee $60.
